In many of his adventures he befriends a magical dancing frog.

**Is When the World Held Its Breath based on a true story?**

The Harrison family is fictional, but the novel grew out of real experience. R. Suleman and his wife both fell seriously ill with COVID-19, and it was their children and grandchildren who carried them through. That experience became the heart of the book: when everything else falls apart, family holds us together.
